From my observation:
1) Male are usually wearing clothes with fewer colors, like wearing at most 3 to 4 different colors only.
2) For female, they wear clothes with a wider range of colors and more colors. They would wear clothes with lots of patterns in different colors. Also different colors for tops, bottoms, jackets, and shoes may be chosen to performed what they called "mix and match".
3) For people in younger ages (usually under 30), they like to wear clothes in shaper colors (higher chroma) and more colors in their outfits is prefered.
4) For those who are more mature (usually above 30), they wear clothes in darker colors (lower value) and fewer colors are prefered to have in their outfits.
5) Usually for those who are in the age for working, the clothes would be with lesser and darker colors.
